RepMaster AI provides AI-powered business communication and reputation management services for home service businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI voice assistant technology ("Lilly") for inbound and outbound calls
- Automated SMS and email follow-up campaigns
- Website voice chat integration (Smart Website)
- Review generation and reputation management tools
- Lead capture, follow-up, and appointment booking automation
- Digital advertising and remarketing campaigns
- Customer relationship management via GoHighLevel platform
3. Automated Communications — TCPA Disclosure
Important: By providing your phone number or email address through our website, forms, or any communication with us, you expressly consent to receive automated calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/text messages, and emails from RepMaster AI and Bash Web Consulting, including communications delivered via AI voice technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal and state laws governing electronic communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us directly at the information below.
4. AI-Powered Communications Disclosure
RepMaster AI uses artificial intelligence, including AI voice technology, to handle calls, respond to inquiries, and manage follow-up communications on behalf of our clients and on our own behalf. Calls and messages may be placed or sent by AI systems and may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and consent to interactions with AI-powered systems.
5. Client Responsibilities
If you are a business client using RepMaster AI services to communicate with your own customers, you are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining all legally required consents from your customers prior to initiating automated calls, texts, or emails
- Complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date opt-out records
- Ensuring your use of our platform does not violate the rights of any third party
- Providing accurate business and customer information
Bash Web Consulting is not liable for any client's failure to obtain proper consent or comply with applicable law in their use of RepMaster AI services.
6. Advertising and Remarketing
We may run digital advertising campaigns, including remarketing/retargeting campaigns, on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. These campaigns use cookies and tracking pixels to serve relevant advertisements to users who have previously visited our website. By using our site, you acknowledge and agree to this practice. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
7. Payment Terms
Services are provided pursuant to a separate Implementation Plan or service agreement. Implementation fees are due prior to onboarding. Monthly licensing fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, materials, processes, and technology on repmaster.ai — including the RepMaster AI name, Lilly AI platform, and associated intellectual property — are owned by or licensed to Bash Web Consulting. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, call volumes, or business performance. Results will vary depending on your business, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bash Web Consulting and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bash Web Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including any TCPA or CAN-SPAM violation resulting from your use of our platform.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or abuse our platform. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
